Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel completely confident in your UpsideLuxe purchase. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to provide a dependable standard of rest wherever you travel.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Because our sleep sacks are personal bedding items, we adhere to strict hygiene and health standards. You are welcome to unpack and inspect your sleep sack upon arrival, but to be eligible for a return, items must remain:

• Unused and unwashed (not slept in or laundered)
• In original condition with all original packaging
• Free from signs of wear, pet hair, perfume, or other scents

Please note: Items that have been used, slept in, or washed cannot be accepted for return or refund.

Shipping & Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. A flat return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your final refund total.

Replacements & Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please let us know immediately. We will promptly provide a pre-paid return label and send out a complimentary replacement.
