Returns

I want you to feel completely confident in your UpsideLuxe Sleep Sack. If it isn't quite right for you, returning it is simple.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Because the sleep sack is personal bedding, every one I send arrives pristine, and a return must come back the same way. You're welcome to unpack and inspect yours on arrival. To be eligible for a return, it must be:

• Unused and unwashed (not slept in or laundered)
• In original condition with all original packaging
• Free from signs of wear, pet hair, perfume, or other scents

Refunds

I'll email you a prepaid return label, at no cost to you. Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

If a return arrives used or washed, it can't be accepted, and I'll be in touch with you personally.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your sleep sack arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email me within 7 days of delivery with a photo. I'll send a prepaid return label and a complimentary replacement right away.

How to Start a Return

Email info@upsideluxe.com with your order number. I'll reply personally within one business day and send your prepaid label within three.
